I recently stayed at the Jumbaktas Astana Hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The spa was a well-maintained, the breakfast was with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. What stood out most were the national desserts; they were absolutely delightful.

Location - room was spacious and confortable. The attention from the recepcionist ( a lady and a gentleman) was outstanding. They were really helpful and caring. Great hospitality.

Great location, excellent customer service. There is health and beauty center in the same building, and you can combine your staying with beauty/spa/ health procedures

Old soviet-style interior: high ceilings, huge rooms and corridors, old-style restaurant. Very good breakfasts, very professional staff, all the facilities are present. Rooms are clean and big. The view from the room is very good. The location of the building is perfect - very close to all the city's landmarks.

I got to breakfast late, and what was left was not very appealing. Go earlier, when things are still hot and plentiful. Waitstaff at breakfast was very helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and tasty restaurant of this hotel made my stay there a true pleasure. The room I got was clean and spacious, which I find important. I will consider booking Jumbaktas again on my next trip to Astana

Great value for the money! Comfortable rooms, helpful staff. The breakfast was quite good, wide choices at the buffet.
